IT WAS REALLY AN UNPLANNED AND CERTAINLY LAST MINUTE THING...initial plan was to stay 5D/4N but....the trip was cut short 1 day becoz we only managed to get the flight 2 days before we flew off. So, kengkawan sume..bukan taknak inform mase bday bash sara aaesha at Kelab Cyberjaya tuh..or amik pesan2 ke apa, but memang tak kompem lagi mase tuh plus don't want to kecoh2 before we got our hands on the tickets...sorryyy yerr bebanyak...
So, off we went to Hong Kong on 17th Jan 08(cerita br nak up), the exact day Zahra turned 23 mos old. Us and my MIL (tokma zahra). Just the 4 of us.
We took the first flight there.
It was WINTER in HK but no snow there. The temperature was about 1 deg celcius on the first day and got worse in the evening.It was freezing cold i can barely feel my hands.Teringat mase kt US dulu2..hehe.but nasib baik winter kt HK is not to the extend sampai snow, so we can still jalan2 a few miles and not getting sweaty or tired at all, in other words- bearable! 
Stayed at Kowloon Hotel at Tsim Sa Tsui, the only available hotel we managed to get coz most hotels in the city are fully booked in conjuction with CNY. The room rate costs us a bomb. HK$ 1000 (RM 540) per night for a 4 star hotel which i guess the rate is similar to shangrila or mebe nikko kt Mesia nih.And we have to take 2 rooms to accommodate 3 adults and a baby. I mean they really check our passports and ensure that we 4 don't cramp in one room. cehh!!

Neways, the timing couldn't be better..with CNY round the corner, .so the decorating lanterns are everywhere lining every streets in the city, the ambience was magnificent, with blooming flowers(in winter, yes) and pigeons on walkways...cantik betul! Not to mention aweks sana in fur coats and mini skirts with hi leather boots...they are sexy bebs! it was a different feeling altogether. Syiokla tak pernah sampai kan! Except for mama yg keje dia dok travel overseas je dulu...so she has yet to experience Disneyland HK je in her list..yang lain sume dia dh merase.Shoot..~

adidas, nine west..all just a walk away from the hotel.. 
The night life..it's almost midnite on a weekday but folks are as busy as during the day~as for me, looking pale as ever tak tahan sejuk..

Ohh..and in support of Malaysian movie, last weekend we went to watch this film @ OU. Z, my ibu, Lyana (SIL), myself and of course Zahra.Boleh layannnn jugak cerita nih. i kinda like the simple plot n story line esp any scenes that involves erra n hans, ayoo....leh cair tgk hans staring at erra. MADLY DEEPLY IN LOVE! So u guys yang belum tgk, i advise to go watch at cinemas...kalau dvd nanti tak feel...hehehe...

THE ONE WITH DD'S WEDDING: PART 2 (will there ever be part 3??)

FINALLY! managed to put up some outdated wedding pics. Itu pun half way je then Fp decides to become NGOK NGEK once again....hence...ini je la yang ade for time being..
aidi amlir & melissa amril- the bride n groom in torquise theme.
some notes- This was DD's aka my best cousin's wedding which was held sometime in Dec at Flamingo Hotel.. He tied the knot to this super cun lass named Melissa Amril, from Indonesia. Bukit Tinggi to be precise. The wedding was a blast and akad nikah done @ Bukit Tinggi, Indon with se-aeroplane Air-Asia rombongan lelaki datang.Kata my cousin nih work as a manager at Travelling agency, so dia angkut sedare-mare dtg his wedding at Indon with a very fair KL-Bukit Tinggi-Padang holiday package deal.heheh...This wedding also covers a whole page of Kosmo touching the issue on "Kenapa Laki Melayu Kahwin Perempuan Indonesian " brought up by Dr. Masitah lately. Obviously DD gave the best answer to the press (panjang jawapan dia) and I have to agree with him.Ohh..not to mention, DD's eldest brother also married to an awek from Bukit Tinggi jugak 3 years ago. Talk about ramai aweks2 cunnnnn kat sana..They just have the charm i must say!

  THE ZACKS will be away for a vacation from 17th-21st Jan to Never-neverland..hahah!!Yey!! We're all excited for this trip, tho I'm still half way thru with packing at the moment....keje banyak lagi nak settle in the office so that i can have a peace of mind while away.hehe...hope to be back with some great snaps to share with! See you guys soon!  
Update as at 17th Jan 8:27am: Now still @ Klia waiting to board.This morning Zahra woke up as early as 5am.ahamdulillah dia tak cranky at all....in fact, excited nak naik plane....ok..gtg...boarding very soon...adios!

2008 AFTER A WEEK

WELL..it's been ages since my last update on the pix and i still owe my cousin's wedding pix.to those beloved cousins of mine who have been waiting- SO SORRY GUYS! i'm all tied up. Amazingly last day of 2007 ends with not a single hitch for me. Well..almost.. minus the longgggg queue at Public bank on 31st Dec and I was the 49th person waiting in line.Can you believe that?  Still, hope its not too late to wish a happy new yr...

WE'RE IN MOURNING
|

SAD TO SAY...Our Tok (Z's grandma) passed away on 23rd Dec at Kuala Terengganu at the age of 95. But alhamdulillah all the cucus and cicits get to spend time with arwah during her last minutes...and Zahra was the last cicit or should i say, person to kiss n hug her before they all kapankan arwah...memang rezeki Zahra agaknya becoz among other kids, she's the one who always ask for her onyang and never fail to hug n kiss arwah. We really miss Tok..alfatihah to Tok dan mudah2an rohnya dicucuri rahmat.
ps: sbb tu la no updates kejap...6 days at KT and masuk keje lotsa work, umah br can go wireless but still x dan nak update kat umah. gambar wedding hold dulu la yek!
